Suraj Sharma is a dynamic legal professional with a diverse practice encompassing Business Law, Civil Litigation, and Wills and Estates. His expertise lies in various areas, including buying/selling businesses, drafting corporate documents, handling breach of contract/trust claims, and managing construction and employment law matters, alongside Wills and Estate Administration.

Suraj's journey in law began with his legal education at the University of Leicester, where he laid the foundation for his career. He further enhanced his skills and knowledge by obtaining Canadian accreditation at the University of Alberta. His educational background reflects his commitment to excellence and his dedication to serving clients with proficiency and expertise.

With a keen interest in emerging technologies and start-ups, Suraj has gained practical experience as an in-house legal intern for an emerging technology start-up. Additionally, he completed his articling term at KPA Lawyers, where he further honed his legal skills and gained valuable insights into various areas of law.

During his undergraduate years, Suraj distinguished himself not only academically but also as a varsity cross country/track and field athlete. Serving as team captain and MVP from 2016 to 2018, he led his team to success, culminating in a notable CIS National Championship win in 2014. Suraj's leadership skills and competitive spirit translate seamlessly into his legal practice, where he approaches each case with determination and tenacity.

Outside of his legal career, Suraj remains deeply involved in the world of emerging technologies and start-ups. He actively engages with local incubators and is the driving force behind his legal technology start-up that focuses on enhancing global legal service accessibility.
