Patrick MacMillan, Family Lawyer

Patrick is originally from Dundas, Ontario and worked in the Hamilton area after completing law school at the University of Western Ontario in 2003.

He was Called to the Bar in 2004, and he is currently employed as a family lawyer at KPA Lawyers.

He has several years of experience practicing family law in both Ontario and Nova Scotia. He currently lives in Guelph, and has an office in Kitchener. He represents clients across Ontario, and primarily in southwestern Ontario.

Partick has performed countless family law trials throughout the course of my career, and has litigated issues involving child custody, child support, spousal support, property division, adult capacity and child protection.

    Patrick successfully argued a case as the Supreme Court of Nova Scotia where the opposing party sought to lower his spousal support obligations. The opposing party’s application was dismissed.
