Sasha Faraone

B.MOS., B.ED., J.D.

Sasha practises exclusively in the area of family law, including child custody and support, spousal support, division of net family property, disputes regarding matrimonial homes, etc.

Sasha routinely hosts public information sessions in Mississauga at sold-out events. She has also been interviewed by NewsTalk 960AM.

Her exceptional reputation for educating the public about family law led her to regularly accept invitations to host family law seminars for staff and physicians at the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health (“CAMH”) and staff, students, and faculty at the University of Toronto (“U of T”).

Sasha is known for her resolution-oriented approach to family law. Whereas some other lawyers in Ontario might create unnecessary disputes to increase their legal fees, Sasha focuses on resolving as many issues as possible out of court. Her approach reduces both stress and costs for her clients.

For clients whose income is too high to qualify for legal aid, but find the cost of legal services too cost-prohibitive, ask Sasha about her “limited-scope” disclosure services.

Sasha has also been recognized as one of the top three family lawyers in Mississauga by, an independent organization that applies a rigorous 50-Point Inspection, which includes everything from checking reviews, ratings, reputation, history, complaints, satisfaction, trust, cost, and general excellence.

Notable cases
