Jacob Murad is the President of KPA Lawyers Professional Corporation.

Jacob has served as general counsel and director for a large number of private companies throughout Canada, responsible for the negotiation of complex mergers and acquisitions across a variety of industries. Over his career, Jacob has structured and negotiated transactions in excess of $150M.

Jacob completed his law degree at the University of Western Michigan Cooley Law School and a Masters of Laws at the University of Toronto. He has his barrister’s and Solicitor’s and Notary license for Ontario. Jacob also taught as a professor of Business Law at Conestoga College and he is a member of President’s Executive Organizations.
